Returns & Exchanges
POST ARCHIVE FACTION (PAF) allows returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all technical tags attached. Please note that certain limited-release archive pieces and final sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Initiate Request
Email our support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all structural tags and protective dust bags are included to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping and Documentation
Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and include the printed RMA form inside the package before dropping it off at an authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our archive team inspects the garment's condition and authenticity, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
